What We Do

Real access to healthcare and STEM careers for Lincoln youth ages 14 to 25.

Healthcare Career Immersion Experience

Six weeks inside a real healthcare facility, rotating through departments with the people who hire. Free for students. Our first cohort at Gateway Vista: 4 of 8 who attended every week were hired.

A.C.C.E.S.S. Workshop

We take students directly into a healthcare or STEM facility for hands on career exposure.

CNA Certification

Through our partnership with CNA Learning Hub, TBF students take an accelerated 2 week CNA course at a discounted rate.

Scholarships and HBCU Access

We award scholarships and host workshops that help students find and apply for college funding.

BridgeWorks Lab

Financial literacy workshops for youth, in partnership with Chase.
