A Lincoln, Nebraska nonprofit that connects underserved youth ages 14 to 25 to careers in healthcare and STEM through career exposure, scholarships, and community partners.

Lincoln area youth ages 14 to 25 who are interested in healthcare or STEM. Some experiences are hosted at partner facilities that may set their own age minimums.

Yes. TBF experiences are free for youth. Certification courses offered through partners, such as CNA Learning Hub, are available at a discounted rate.

The Healthcare Career Immersion Experience, the A.C.C.E.S.S. Workshop, a discounted CNA certification pathway, scholarships and HBCU access workshops, and BridgeWorks Lab financial literacy workshops.

Do you offer scholarships?

Yes. TBF awards scholarships to students. Details are shared at our events and on this website.
